Refund and Returns Policy

At AITC, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

1. Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that are marked as non-returnable or that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
   – Customized or personalized products.
   – Opened or used items.
   – Gift cards.

3. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. Return Process:

   – Provide your order number and reason for the return.
   – We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
5. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
6. International Returns: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred during the return process.

Refunds

1. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items that are not defective or damaged.
4. Exceptions: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
   

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us for assistance in processing the return. Refunds for gifts will be issued to the original purchaser.

Timeframe for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.

In-Store Returns

Customers may return items purchased online at our physical location. Please bring your order confirmation and the item in its original condition.
